How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of BrouBloom.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of http://broubloom.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Ayo this dude arrived 2 days earlier than expected and worked straight up out of the box. Buy an SD card reader if you wanna do anything cause you cant edit the firmware at all without one. Install Knulli firmware and you will be able to do whatever you wanna do within this devices limits without ever removing the SD card again. Had a Miyoo Mini+, same size device but the RG35XX H, if not more so, feels twice as powerful and can play all the way up to PSP games with no problems. (some games have slow-down on PSP but its fixable) You can also stream games from your PC and play them on your device anywhere in your house or where there's really good internet for streaming a game. It's not recommended but i played Marvel Rivals on this thing with very little issue outside of screen size. I genuinely feel like this device is only limited by its software though and i'm gonna try and get 3DS on it and see what happens.

My 35xx H arrived sooner then expected. I decided to install the Knulli OS and it works perfect.
The seller is top notch. The item arrived faster than expected and in immaculate shape. The actual product has loads of issues, but the buying process itself was fast, easy and seamless. As far as the rg35xx h goes... it plays a number of games incredibly well. What it doesn't do well is everything else. Just turning the device on and off consistently is not a sure thing. Oh, and turning it off doesn't seem to matter anyway. Even after successfully getting the device to power down completely, the battery still drains significantly. Even after a couple hours of supposedly being turned off, the battery will be at 0% when you attempt to power on the device again. Basically it needs to be connected to a charger when not in use. This is with the stock os by the way. But it does play games well. I just wish that the basic stuff worked better.
Plays Dreamcast, PSP(SOME stuttering depending on the demand of the game atm of play) PS1 Flawless, N64(SAME AS PSP). Everything else works as it should. Decent interface but I'll probably be changing that. Wireless Bluetooth capabilities is a plus as you can see in the photo.

shipped quickly... for AliExpress... arrived with a dead battery which is fine. bought one for my daughter months ago and though I love my Miu mini Plus having the ability to plug a mini HDMI into HDMI and then Bluetooth thing your Xbox controller to make this a little retro console is amazing I'm excited we'll see what kind of ROMs were loaded that came with it or it's charging right now so I don't know either way I can go to archive and get the tiny ROM set this thing is great for PlayStation and DS so I'll have to add the DraStic emulator but again great job you guys.. unless it's broken when I turn it on like the game console r36s it was a clone this obviously is not but if it's broken like that clone I'm not going to be happy I just asked you guys I said tell me what what clone this is so I can fix it and they wouldn't tell me they just kept tell me to send it back either way thank you. Quick shipping and delivery. Anbernic RG35XXH in transparent purple as expected. Packaging was a bit disappointing though, with the original Anbernic box directly put in a shipping bag without any padding. Fortunately, there is some padding in the Anbernic box and the handheld arrived intact.
It came with a charge cable, a screen protector, and a microSD card with games on it. Also came charged.
